According to oral history, in the Sant Clem meadow, four Republican prisoners who were part of the battalions of workers who were repairing the Vall Fosca road were shot and buried in a mass grave. Pere Juanola, Ángel Sanmartín, Agustín Sarabia and Ángel Valdería escaped, but were arrested and executed at this location. In 2022, the area where the mass grave was presumably located was excavated, without success.
